From the 16th to the 20th of May
- Have fun with colleagues or family in small groups, or exercise by yourself.
- Feel free to organize an event on your own.
- Sports for charity.
- Focus on sport time instead of distance.
- Target: 60 minutes sport / exercise per day (240 minutes in total).
- Only non-motorized sports are valid.
- You can choose one rest day.
