  • Have fun with colleagues or family in small groups, or exercise by yourself.
  • Feel free to organize an event on your own.
  • Sports for charity.
  • Focus on sport time instead of distance.
  • Target: 60 minutes sport / exercise per day (240 minutes in total).
  • Only non-motorized sports are valid.
  • You can choose one rest day.
